Mikeno Lodge is about a 2 hour drive from Bunagana (Uganda border)

You can fly into Goma airport with the following airlines- Compagnie Africaine d’Aviation and Cetraca

From Outside of DRCongo
You can fly into Kigali in Rwanda with- Air Ugandan, Brussels Airlines, Ethiopian Airlines, Lufthansa Airlines, Kenya Airways, Rwandair Express

A taxi from Kigali to Goma ($120) takes about 3.5 hours.
We will organise transport to collect you from the border and take you to Mikeno Lodge (Note: you need to arrive at the border by 4pm at the latest).

You can fly into Entebbe in Uganda with- KLM, British Airways, Turkish Airlines, Ethiopian Airlines, Brussels Airlines, Delta, United, Emirates, Kenya Airways Qatar Airways, South African Airways, Egypt Air, Rwandair Express, Iberia, Air France, Fly 540, Lufthansa, Precision Air, Royal Air Maroc and Eagle Air (Uganda)

It takes 10 hours to drive to the Bunagana border from Entebbe. Many people like to break up the jouney and spend the night in Kisoro (10km from Bunagana border). We can arrange for transport to meet you at the border and either take you straight to trek the mountain gorillas in Jomba/Bikenge (30 mins drive) or to take you directly to Mikeno Lodge (2 hours drive).
